  • 16 corn tortillas
  • 2 cups green cabbage
  • 2 cups purple cabbage
  • 2 avocados
  • Fresh cilantro
  • Lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ancho chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons red apple vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix green and purple cabbage with lime juice, cilantro, honey, salt, and pepper to create the slaw; set aside.
  2. Blend avocados with garlic, cilantro, cumin, red pepper flakes, lime juice, vinegar, olive oil, and salt for the Avocado Crema.
  3. Season cod filets with avocado oil and spices; cook in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat for about 3-5 minutes per side until flaky.
  4. Warm corn tortillas in another pan; assemble tacos with cod, slaw, and Avocado Crema.
