  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 pound deli-sliced turkey
  • 1/2 pound deli-sliced chicken
  • 1/2 pound deli-sliced turkey pepperoni
  • 1/2 pound deli-sliced mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup roasted red peppers, sliced
  • Fresh basil leaves

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the Italian sub rolls in half lengthwise without cutting all the way through.
  3. Place the rolls on a baking sheet with cut sides up.
  4. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder until well combined.
  5. Brush the seasoned butter over both halves of each roll.
