  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 4 oz brie cheese, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine 1 cup blackberries, 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoon honey, and a pinch of salt. Cook for about 5 minutes until thickened; let cool slightly.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat.
  3. Generously butter one side of each slice of bread.
  4. Place two slices in the skillet, butter-side down. Layer with brie cheese and spoonfuls of the blackberry mixture. Top with remaining brie and cover with the other two slices of bread, butter-side up.
