Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb beef sirloin or chuck, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 12 oz bowtie (farfalle) pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons garlic butter (or regular butter with minced garlic)
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season and sear the beef until golden brown on all sides. Remove and set aside.
  3. Reduce heat and add garlic butter to the skillet, melting it while scraping up browned bits.
  4. Add beef broth and simmer for 2 minutes before stirring in heavy cream.
  5. Incorporate Velveeta until melted, then add cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan until smooth.
  6. Mix in cooked pasta and return the beef to warm through.
  7. Serve hot with optional garnishes like parsley.
