  • 3 cups mini vegan marshmallows

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium-low heat, melt the butter and add the mini vegan marshmallows. Stir until melted and smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in the Rice Krispies cereal until fully coated. Gently fold in fresh blueberries.
  3. Grease a 9×9-inch pan or line it with parchment paper and transfer the mixture into the pan, pressing down lightly.
  4. Allow to cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
  5. To make the glaze, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth. Drizzle over cooled treats and let set before slicing.
