  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 12 oz linguine pasta

  5. Pour in heavy cream, then stir in cheeses until smooth. Adjust consistency with reserved pasta water if needed.
  6. Toss cooked linguine with the sauce until fully coated.
