  • 12 oz twisted pasta (rotini or fusilli)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the twisted pasta in boiling salted water until al dente; reserve some pasta water before draining.
