Ingredients

  • 5 cups mini vegan marshmallows
  • 5 1/2 cups Rice Krispie cereal
  • 1/2 cup salted peanuts
  • 16 oz caramel candies (unwrapped)
  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 2 cups chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a large saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the butter and mini vegan marshmallows until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the Rice Krispie cereal until evenly coated. Press into the prepared pan.
  4. Sprinkle salted peanuts over the Rice Krispie layer.
  5. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the caramel candies with heavy cream until smooth; pour over peanuts.
  6. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and spread over caramel layer.
  7. Allow to set completely before slicing into squares.
