  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for filling)
  • 1 large egg (for filling)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (for filling)
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and mix in vanilla extract.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually combine with the wet mixture. Chill dough for one hour.
  3. For the cheesecake filling, beat softened cream cheese until smooth; add sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until creamy.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop chilled dough into disks, add cheesecake filling in the center, and seal around it to form balls.
  5. Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are golden; cool on wire rack before topping with melted white chocolate and chopped Reese’s.
