For the Creamy Provolone Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

  • 2 cups milk

  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Cook the Tortellini
    Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the cheese tortellini and cook according to package instructions until tender. Drain and set aside.

  • Sauté Vegetables
    Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced onion and green bell pepper. Sauté until softened, about 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

  • Cook the Beef
