  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned (7-8 minutes), breaking it apart with a spatula.
