  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 12 oz bowtie pasta (farfalle)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 6 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley or dried herbs, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook bowtie pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water and drain.
  2. Season chicken with Cajun seasoning (if using), garlic powder, salt, and pepper. In a skillet, heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter over medium-high heat; sear chicken until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. In the same skillet, melt remaining 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat, sauté garlic, then add heavy cream. Stir in Velveeta until melted.
  4. Mix in mozzarella and Parmesan cheese until thickened; adjust seasoning.
  5. Combine cooked pasta with sauce; add reserved pasta water as needed for consistency. Serve warm.
