A fun, comforting twist on a classic pasta dish — these Chicken Alfredo Garlic Bread Bowls combine creamy pasta, juicy chicken, and cheesy goodness served in crispy, buttery bread bowls. Perfect for a cozy dinner or a crowd-pleasing weekend meal.
3 chicken breasts, cut into cubes
1 pound pasta (penne, fettuccine, or your choice)
6 kaiser rolls (or more if needed)
1 jar Alfredo sauce (about 15 oz)
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
3–4 teaspoons garlic and herb seasoning
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Season the chicken cubes with garlic and herb seasoning, salt, and pepper.
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 6–8 minutes, or until fully cooked.
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Slice the tops off the kaiser rolls and gently hollow out the centers to form bread bowls.
Mix the melted butter with garlic and herb seasoning. Brush the inside and edges of each bread bowl with the seasoned butter.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the bread bowls on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 4–5 minutes until lightly crisped.
In a large pan, combine the cooked pasta, Alfredo sauce, and chicken. Stir well to coat evenly.
Fill each toasted bread bowl with the chicken alfredo mixture and top with shredded parmesan cheese.
Return the filled bowls to the oven and bake for another 4–5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the bowls are golden and crispy.
Serve hot, garnished with parsley or red pepper flakes if desired.
