  • 68 Croissants (cut into pieces)
  • 2 cups Cooked chicken (shredded)
  • 6 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 2 cups Shredded cheese (like cheddar or mozzarella)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cut croissant pieces and shredded chicken.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until fully blended.
  4. In a baking dish, layer half of the croissant and chicken mixture evenly.
  5. Pour half of the egg mixture over it and sprinkle one cup of shredded cheese on top.
  6. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set in the middle and golden on top. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
