  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 can (13.5 oz) full-fat coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes. Stir in garlic and ginger; cook for another minute.

  3. Stir in red curry paste, turmeric, coriander, and cumin until chicken is well coated.
