  • 1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and reserve one cup of pasta water.
  2. Season chicken strips with Cajun seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown; remove from skillet.
  4. In the same skillet over medium heat, melt butter and add minced garlic; cook until fragrant.

  6. Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses; adjust thickness with reserved pasta water if needed.
  7. Add cooked penne to the sauce and combine thoroughly.
