  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1.5 cups panko breadcrumbs
  • 4 cups shredded cabbage mix
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey or agave nectar (optional)
  • 34 cups cooked rice or quinoa

Instructions

  1. Prepare your fish by cutting into strips and set up a breading station with seasoned flour, beaten eggs, and the panko mixture.
