  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 jar marinara sauce
  • 1 package cheese-filled ravioli
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Add the diced onion and minced garlic; cook until the onion is translucent.
  3. Stir in the marinara sauce and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Cook the ravioli according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  5. In a greased casserole dish, layer a thin layer of beef mixture, then cooked ravioli, topped with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
  6. Bake covered for 20 minutes; remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until bubbly.
