  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  1. Season the salmon fillet generously with salt and pepper.

  3. Cook the salmon in the skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and parsley. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice; season with salt and pepper.
  5. Toss gently to coat all salad ingredients.
  6. Serve the grilled salmon on a plate with the salad on the side.
