  • For the filling: 1/4 cup unsalted sweet cream butter, 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter, 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons whole milk

Instructions

  2. In one bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and kosher salt. In another bowl, cream together softened butter, light brown sugar, and peanut butter until fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla; mix well.
