1 lb ground turkey
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
4 cloves garlic (2 for meatballs, 2 for sauce)
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic (2 cloves), onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and form into 1-inch meatballs.
Place the meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
