  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 6 sheets phyllo pastry
  • ¼ cup melted butter or olive oil
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ½ tsp red chili flakes

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine crumbled feta, ricotta cheese, and optional thyme until smooth.
  2. Unroll phyllo pastry and cut each sheet in half lengthwise.
  3. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
