  • 15 ounce Pumpkin Puree
  • 2 teaspoons Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 12 ounces Evaporated Milk
  • 14 ounces Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 6 ounces Whole Milk
  • 8 ounces Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, melted butter, eggs, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice. Mix for 2 minutes until smooth.
  3. Pour batter into the pan and bake for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Allow the cake to cool for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, whisk together evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, whole milk, and cinnamon.
  5. Poke holes in the cooled cake using a fork or skewer and pour the milk mixture evenly over it.
  6. Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours to let it soak.
  7. For the topping, whip cold heavy cream with sugar until stiff peaks form, then spread over the chilled cake.
