  • 2 teaspoons ground paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Pita bread
  • Fresh vegetables (like cucumbers and tomatoes)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cumin, paprika, turmeric, coriander, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Add olive oil, yogurt, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and minced garlic; mix until smooth.
  3. Place chicken thighs in a resealable bag or shallow dish; pour marinade over them and ensure even coating.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for best flavor.
  5. Preheat grill or oven to medium heat. Remove chicken from marinade and discard excess marinade.
  6. Cook chicken until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C), about 20-25 minutes.
  7. Serve with chopped parsley and your choice of pita bread and fresh veggies.
