  • ¾ cup cocoa powder
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • â…“ cup white chocolate chips (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13 inch baking pan with foil and spray it with cooking spray.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and stir in the cocoa powder until well mixed. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, beat together the eggs, sugar, and vegetable oil until light and foamy. Add the melted butter-cocoa mixture and vanilla extract; mix until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture into the wet ingredients, stirring until evenly combined.
  5. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Allow cooling completely before cutting into squares.
  6. For decoration, fill a small ziplock bag with melted white chocolate, cut off one corner, and pipe spider web designs on top of the brownies.
