  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, melted butter, honey, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika until smooth.
  4. Brush half of the glaze mixture over the salmon fillets.
  5. Bake for 8 minutes. Remove from oven and brush with remaining glaze.
  6. Return to oven and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
