  • 1 lb twisted pasta (fusilli or penne)
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 45 cloves minced garlic
  • 1½ cups heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Optional: ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and reserve some pasta water.
  2. In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter, sauté the seasoned chicken until golden brown, then set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add remaining butter, sauté garlic until fragrant, pour in cream and broth, stir in Parmesan until melted; let simmer.
  4. Combine cooked chicken and pasta with the sauce; adjust thickness with reserved pasta water as needed.
